Guest Ratings & Reviews
The rooms, though in need of a makeover, were spacious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the garden area. The hotel location is perfect, just a short walk outside the city walls and on the route for the Hop On Hop Off Tourist bus. The service was not enough for check-in guests, but the staff were all very welcoming, attentive and friendly. The dining experience is one of the highlights of the property as it overlooks a beautiful garden.
The hotel offers sleek and modern rooms that are lovely and spacious, although they could benefit from an update. The service was generally friendly and helpful, yet some unexpected entry incidences occurred. Its great location in Marrakech provides easy access to key attractions and amenities. Overall, a comfortable stay at reasonable value, with room for improvement in certain areas.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were upgraded to executive with a garden view and had a sleek and modern vibe, the phone service was terrible. I had to book another hotel due to availability issues, and the language barrier with the front desk staff, who mostly spoke French and their local language, was frustrating.
The hotel has beautiful gardens and spacious rooms that would benefit from a bit of a refurbishment. The food is great, but some areas are in need of renovation.
The hotel offers a convenient location with proximity to the shopping complex and Djama El-Fena. The rooms could benefit from a refurbishment but provide a western-style shower. Service is outstanding, yet there were issues with staff entering rooms unannounced. The dining experience was mixed, including freshly cooked items and some operational challenges. The strategic location near restaurants and shops is a highlight.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, although small and lacking sufficient electrical outlets, were nice and quaint with fresh fruit and tea upon check-in and water bottles provided in the evenings. I would prefer a room overlooking the tennis courts next time instead of the gardens. However, the decor is not in the vibrant Moroccan style I was anticipating.
